The TNI Commander Has Rotated 65 High-ranking Officers Across Three Branches, Including Major General Novi Helmy, Who Has Been Appointed As The Director Of Bulog

TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto has carried out a rotation and transfer of personnel in several key positions within the TNI. A total of 65 high-ranking officers from the three branches of the TNI have been reassigned. This rotation and transfer are outlined in the TNI Commander’s Decision Number Kep/133/I/2025 dated January 31, 2025, regarding the appointment and dismissal of positions within the TNI. "This rotation and transfer have been established by the TNI Commander, involving 65 high-ranking officers, including 30 from the Army, 24 from the Navy, and 11 from the Air Force," stated TNI Spokesperson Major General Hariyanto during a press conference at TNI Headquarters in Cilangkap, East Jakarta, on Monday (February 10, 2025).

Among the Army officers affected by the rotation are: Lieutenant General Rudianto, who was the Commander of the TNI Academy and is now assigned to the TNI Army Headquarters as he approaches retirement; Major General Novi Helmy Prasetya, recently appointed as the President Director of Bulog, who has moved from the TNI Commander's Territorial Assistant role to become the Commander of the TNI Academy; and Major General R. Sidharta Wisnu Graha, S.E., who has transitioned from the Chief Inspector of BIN to a Special Staff position for the Army Chief of Staff.

Meanwhile, 24 Navy officers have also undergone rotation and transfer. Notable changes include: Rear Admiral Ariantyo Condrowibowo moving from Commander of the II Fleet Command to the Commander of the Naval Staff and Command School; Rear Admiral I Gung Putu Alidjaya shifting from Deputy Commander of the Naval Education and Training Command to Commander of the II Fleet Command; Rear Admiral Fauzi transitioning from Commander of the Naval Staff and Command School to Deputy Commander of the Naval Education and Training Command; and Rear Admiral Wiranto moving from the III Level Expert Staff for the TNI Commander to a Special Staff position for the Navy Chief of Staff.

Additionally, 11 Air Force officers have been reassigned, including: Air Marshal Bambang Gunarto, who has moved from Deputy for Facilities and Infrastructure and Communication Systems for Search and Rescue BNPP (Basarnas) to a Special Staff position for the Air Force Chief of Staff; and Air Marshal Widyargo Ikoputra, who has transitioned from a Special Staff role to Deputy for Facilities and Infrastructure and Communication Systems for Search and Rescue BNPP (Basarnas), Marsma TNI R. Tjahjo Kjurniawan has been appointed as the Deputy for Cybersecurity Strategy and Policy at the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), moving from his position as Director of the Cyber and Crypto Polytechnic.
