A total of 101 high-ranking officers in the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) have officially undergone rotation and transfer. This latest rotation and transfer is detailed in the TNI Commander’s Decision Number Kep/7/I/2025, dated January 3, 2025, regarding appointments and dismissals within the TNI. Among those transferred is Lieutenant General Nugroho Sulistyo Budi, the newly appointed head of the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), who was designated on December 6, 2024, but has not yet been inaugurated. According to Kompas.id on Saturday, January 4, 2025, Nugroho has been moved to a position at the TNI Army Headquarters as he approaches retirement.
