List Of 2025 Provincial Minimum Wages Across Indonesia

?The government has officially announced an average increase of 6.5 percent in the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) for the year 2025. This determination of the UMP for 2025 is governed by the Minister of Manpower Regulation (Permenaker) Number 16 of 2024 concerning the Establishment of Minimum Wages for the Year 2025, which was promulgated on December 4, 2024. The announcement of this UMP increase is anticipated to provide protection and enhance the welfare of workers, while also supporting economic stability and the business climate in Indonesia.

Below is the list of UMP for all regions in Indonesia:

1. In Aceh, the minimum wage (UMP) for 2025 is set at Rp 3,685,615, an increase from the previous amount of Rp 3,460,672.  

2. In North Sumatra, the minimum wage (UMP) for 2025 is set at Rp 2,992,599, rising from Rp 2,809,915.  

3. In West Sumatra, the minimum wage (UMP) for 2025 is determined to be Rp 2,994,193, up from Rp 2,811,449.  

4. In South Sumatra, the minimum wage (UMP) for 2025 is fixed at Rp 3,681,570, an increase from Rp 3,456,874.  

5. In the Riau Islands, the minimum wage (UMP) for 2025 is set at Rp 3,623,653, compared to the previous Rp 3,402,492.  

6. In Riau, the minimum wage (UMP) for 2025 is set at Rp 3,508,775, an increase from Rp 3,294,625.  

7. In Lampung, the minimum wage (UMP) for 2025 is determined to be Rp 2,893,069, up from Rp 2,716,497.  

8. In Bengkulu, the minimum wage (UMP) for 2025 is set at Rp 2,670,039, an increase from Rp 2,507,079.  

9. In Jambi, the minimum wage (UMP) for 2025 is set at Rp 3,234,533, rising from Rp 3,037,121.  

10. In Bangka Belitung, the minimum wage (UMP) for 2025 is fixed at Rp 3,876,600, compared to the previous amount of Rp 3,640,000.  

11. In Banten, the minimum wage (UMP) for 2025 is set at Rp 2,905,119, an increase from Rp 2,727,812.  

12. Jakarta's minimum wage for 2025 is set at Rp 5,396,760, an increase from the previous amount of Rp 5,067,381.  

13. In West Java, the minimum wage for 2025 will be Rp 2,191,232, up from Rp 2,057,495.  

14. Central Java's minimum wage for 2025 is set at Rp 2,169,348, rising from Rp 2,036,947.  

15. East Java's minimum wage for 2025 is determined to be Rp 2,305,984, an increase from Rp 2,165,244.  

16. In DIY Yogyakarta, the minimum wage for 2025 is set at Rp 2,264,080, up from Rp 2,125,897.  

17. Bali's minimum wage for 2025 will be Rp 2,996,560, an increase from Rp 2,816,672.  

18. North Maluku's minimum wage for 2025 is set at Rp 3,408,000, up from Rp 3,200,000.  

19. The minimum wage in Maluku for 2025 is set at Rp 3,141,699, an increase from Rp 2,949,953.  

20. Central Sulawesi's minimum wage for 2025 is determined to be Rp 2,914,583, rising from Rp 2,736,698.  

21. In East Nusa Tenggara, the minimum wage for 2025 will be Rp 2,328,969, up from Rp 2,186,826.  

22. West Nusa Tenggara's minimum wage for 2025 is set at Rp 2,602,931, an increase from Rp 2,444,067.  

23. Southeast Sulawesi's minimum wage for 2025 is set at Rp 3,073,551, up from Rp 2,885,964.  

24. In South Sulawesi, the minimum wage for 2025 is set at Rp 3,657,527, an increase from the previous amount of Rp 3,443,298.

25. In Gorontalo, the minimum wage for 2025 will be Rp 3,221,731, up from Rp 3,025,100.

26. In West Sulawesi, the minimum wage for 2025 is set at Rp 3,104,430, rising from Rp 2,914,958.

27. In West Kalimantan, the minimum wage for 2025 is determined to be Rp 2,878,286, an increase from Rp 2,702,616.

28. In Central Kalimantan, the minimum wage for 2025 is set at Rp 3,473,621, up from Rp 3,261,616.

29. In South Kalimantan, the minimum wage for 2025 will be Rp 3,496,194, an increase from the previous Rp 3,282,812.

30. In North Kalimantan, the minimum wage for 2025 is set at Rp 3,580,160, rising from Rp 3,361,653.

31. In East Kalimantan, the minimum wage for 2025 is set at Rp 3,579,313, an increase from Rp 3,360,858.

32. In Papua, the minimum wage for 2025 is determined to be Rp 4,285,848, up from Rp 4,024,270.

33. In West Papua, the minimum wage for 2025 will be Rp 3,615,000, an increase from the previous Rp 3,393,500.
