Appointing Senior Officials, The Minister Of Manpower Reminds Them About Collaboration For Advancing Employment

The Minister of Manpower, Yassierli, appointed several Senior High Officials within the Ministry of Manpower during a ceremony held at the Tridharma Room in Jakarta on Monday, March 10, 2025. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Manpower, Immanuel Ebenezer, and other officials from the ministry. Yassierli emphasized that this appointment reflects the Merit System in ASN Management and aims to achieve competency-based good governance. "Today, we are forming a strong team that aligns with our competencies. I expect the appointed officials to demonstrate their full potential for the advancement of the Ministry of Manpower," Yassierli stated in a press release on the same day.

He also urged the newly appointed officials to quickly adapt to their new roles and to work with high responsibility, discipline, and loyalty. "Senior high officials are crucial in formulating and executing strategic policies. Your positions are vital in supporting the ministry's performance," he stressed. Additionally, Yassierli highlighted the need to reduce sectoral egos and enhance coordination and collaboration to foster good synergy. "Positions are not for enjoying state facilities, but rather a means of serving the people, the nation, and the state," the Minister concluded.

Indah Anggoro Putri – Director General of Industrial Relations and Social Security for Workers. Agung Nur Rohmad – Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity (Binalavotas). Estiarty Haryani – Expert Staff in Inter-Agency Relations. Haryanto – Expert Staff in International Relations. Aris Wahyudi – Expert Staff in Labor Economics. Ismail Pakaya – Expert Staff in Social Politics and Public Policy.
