TIME Magazine Has Named Pertamina The Best Company In Indonesia

PT Pertamina (Persero) has been recognized as the top company in Indonesia for 2025 by TIME Magazine and Statista. It also ranks as the leading Indonesian company on the list of the 500 best companies in the Asia-Pacific region. This state-owned energy enterprise achieved the highest score of 93.00, securing its position as the best company in Indonesia. The evaluation of the best companies is based on three main aspects: revenue growth, employee satisfaction surveys, and the implementation of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.

Fadjar Djoko Santoso, Vice President of Corporate Communication at Pertamina, stated that the company continues to show positive performance across all business sectors, driving revenue and profit growth. "Innovation, digitalization, and efficiency are key factors supporting the company's positive performance," he mentioned in a press release on Friday, February 14, 2025. Fadjar emphasized that all Pertamina employees are dedicated to delivering their best for the nation and take pride in the company's achievements, always ready to serve the people of Indonesia wholeheartedly.

At the same time, Pertamina remains committed to fulfilling its responsibilities to support national economic growth and achieve net-zero emissions (NZE) by 2060. The company implements ESG principles across all its business lines. "The implementation of ESG aligns with global trends to ensure business sustainability in the future," he added. Fadjar also noted that this award reflects Pertamina's support for the Asta Cita program of President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
