PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk Has Officially Launched AZKO As Your Partner For Improving Home Life

PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (AHI) has officially launched AZKO on Wednesday (January 1, 2025) as the new brand identity replacing ACE Hardware in Indonesia. This change follows the end of the licensing agreement with ACE Hardware International Holdings Ltd on Tuesday (December 31, 2024). AZKO aims to be "Your Home Life Improvement Partner" for the Indonesian community. AHI Tbk's Director, Gregory S Widjaja, stated that the launch of AZKO marks a new chapter for the company to adapt and stay relevant to the needs of the Indonesian market. "We are not only providing a variety of quality products and innovative services, but we are also ready to inspire and fulfill the aspirations for better homes and lives for Indonesian families. Together with AZKO, #DariSiniBisaLebih," Gregory mentioned in an official statement received by Kompas.com on Thursday (January 2, 2025).

AZKO takes a familiar approach to understand the needs of every Indonesian family. This new brand embodies a proactive, optimistic, and dependable spirit, reflected in the service provided by AZKOuad—what AZKO employees are called. This philosophy is also represented in the AZKO logo design, featuring an open circle that symbolizes the commitment to "open the door to better living." The company has been operating since 1995 and will gradually rebrand 245 stores across 75 cities in Indonesia. They are committed to offering a wide range of product innovations from A to Z with comprehensive services. The first store featuring the modern and interactive “Next-Gen” concept is AZKO Mal Living World in Alam Sutera. This concept is designed to provide a more personal, seamless, innovative, and inspiring shopping experience.

In its operations, AZKO is supported by an omnichannel ecosystem, ruparupa, and 52 home brands that will continue to grow, including KRISBOW, KRIS, KLAZ, STORA, and others.

In the third quarter of 2024, the company reported a net profit growth of 18 percent and a net revenue increase of 13 percent year-on-year (YoY). Additionally, Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) reached 9 percent by November 2024, indicating ongoing improvement in store performance.
