For context, EIO is a subsidiary of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk, with 99.995% of its shares owned by PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk (SES). SES is a controlled company, with an 80% direct ownership by Erajaya.

Both vehicles are designed to meet the needs of Indonesian consumers seeking sustainable mobility with high performance for family and business use.
